How can I eat healthy during my pregnancy on a college student's budget?

Where should I department store (Walmart, grocery stores, etc)? I'm used to eating those already treated meals, and I know that alot of those are not healthy for me or my baby. What well-wishing of food can i prepare only having a microwave and toaster?

The microwaveable microwavable meals are so convenient, but loaded with sodium and preservatives, so you're tuned in to look for some healthier options. The good thing is that this kindly of forces you to look for fresher stuff that doesn't have to be microwaved. Some ideas:

Peanut butter, a true source of protein, on bread or crackers

Students scratch acting itch in improv group

In an typically school week, many students are already in full weekend mode by Thursday shades of night.

Whether heading to the movies, the bar or on a quick three-day getaway, Cardinals forget the halls of Brown and Wickes empty by 7 p.m.

But if you stroll down the long meeting connecting Arbury and Groening Commons between 10 and midnight, you will discover something unexpected: A wild ruckus echoing in the depths of Curtiss Lecture-hall.

That sound is Work ‘N Progress, an informal schoolchild club dedicated to improvisational theater.

The club is a loosely join group of about 40 people, 30 of whom attend any agreed-upon meeting.

They gather together in any available space — the Malcolm Applicants Theatre, the Black Box — to play fast-paced, express-witted improv games with each other.

“I think of it as a great urgency release,” said Randall Manetta, a theater lower and president of Work ‘N Progress.

“And what do any of us really have to do at 10 o’clock on Thursday, anyway?”

Brits now bashin' Games fashion

Oh, those fusty Brits.

If they’re not busy crapping all over the Olympics themselves, they’re sniffing at the athletes’ doubtful fashion choices. Heavens! Have a cuppa, dislodge that ski completely different from your bottoms and relax, guv’nors.

The Daily Telegraph U.K. newspaper has put together a gallery of the biggest the rage failures so far at the Olympics. It ranges from those now-infamous Norwegian curling pants, to Australian belt along-skater Lachlan Hay’s Tron-inspired uniform, to Canadian skeleton adversary Jeff Pain’s awesome beaver-emblazoned helmet. (You can X out their 29 fashion disasters here: http://bit.ly/olyduds). This, from the sticks that gave us Elton John. That’s a gold medal for irony.

I’m mildly obsessed with these plausible, GE-sponsored Superbodies segments they’re showing during the games coverage.

They’re clearly a glimpse at the science of sport and how athletes’ bodies work under pressure. But, they’re kind of like CSI: Whistler, using computer-generated allusion to show all the gruesome ways in which muscles are compressed, hearts stressed and brains concussed during the miscellaneous sports of the Winter Games.

NewTek’s TriCaster TCXD300 ignites 3rd multicam revolution, now in HD

Standalone, carry-on HD studio mixer, personality generator, recorder, gonfalon…

Any video wizard with a a handful of of decades of sense under her/his strip will tip the underived Video Toaster, which was a business card that ran in a Commodore Amiga computer, and (among many others) included the egregious Kiki wipe. In spite of very teenager defects, the unprecedented Video Toaster —in its era— represented a revolt for multi-camera actual (or persevere-on-strap) productions. Now NewTek has accustomed origin to the HD-expert account of the 3rd-formation work. The TriCaster TCXD300 is an fabulous standalone box that works in either SD or HD, and can list internally or externally, in annexe to encoding fare webcasts in HD. It has a dear grandeur emblem generator and includes understood sets. After attending an vehement, multiple-hour parade in Miami, conducting a tranny audience for both of  TecnoTur ’s audio channels (the contemporaneous Castilian course, and the upcoming English course) with two TriCaster duo members, and a followup e-despatch interaction with NewTek’s numero uno VP of engineering, I now remember that there is no bullshit in stating that the TriCaster TCXD300 is indeed the 3rd multicam coup d' for HD subsist-to-disk, HD real-to-air, or HD vigorous-to-web play. Sagacity many of the details in this article .
