Lately bought a new glass baking dish. The instructions say it's right to use in the oven and microwave oven. But it warned against using it in a toaster oven. I have a large toaster/convection that sits on my cookhouse counter. Can I use the glass baking

Yes, you can use plate glass bakeware like that in a *large* toaster/convection oven (or if you are cooking in a usual size convection oven) as long as you don't set it for Broil, and you pre-heat.

Bifocals bakeware isn't good to use for the higher heat that would result from toaster oven coils (or stovetop coils or flames) in fact touching
